Aetna PPO Plans
New River Lactation is in-network with Aetna PPO plans. New River Lactation will take care of all insurance billing. If you or your baby have an Aetna PPO plan, complete this form.
Aetna PPO plans tend to cover full costs for a specific number of visits. Fee sharing may be required by Aetna for home visits or consults numbering more than three(3).
